Back-to-School Checklist

We’re thrilled to welcome all our Dolphins back to campus! Use this quick checklist to stay on top of important back-to-school activities:

Attend Dolphin Debut
August 10 from 4:00–6:00 p.m.
Pick Up Spirit Wear Orders
Orders will be available for pickup at Dolphin Debut. Extra Spirit Wear will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Supplies are limited.
Join the PTA
Join by August 10 at 10:00 p.m. for a chance to win a special message on the school marquee! Join the PTA.
Pay Activity Classroom Fees
Pay fees for Pre-K through 4th grade. Click here to pay.

Order a First Day Shout-Out

JOIN THE DEERWOOD PTA + WIN A MARQUEE SPOT!

Joining the PTA does not mean we’re secretly signing you up to run the book fair, chair Junior Achievement, and live at the school.

It simply means you’re helping support Deerwood students, teachers, staff, events, and programs — and helping us build a strong school community.

Plus, PTA members get a few nice perks, including priority access to certain sign-ups and opportunities throughout the year.

And here’s a good one:

Join the PTA by THURSDAY, August 13th at 10 PM and you’ll be entered to win a complimentary marquee spot — AKA one of the hottest tickets at Deerwood because those things go FAST.

So join the PTA. Support Deerwood. Maybe get your name in lights.

Pre-K: 10:30 – 11:00

Kindergarten: 10:30 – 11:00

First Grade: 11:00 – 11:30

FE 2nd Grade: 11:00 – 11:30

Second Grade: 11:30 – 12:00

Fifth Grade: 12:00 – 12:30

Third Grade: 12:30 – 1:00

Fourth Grade: 1:00 – 1:30

Lunch visitors welcome. You must sign in at the front office with a valid ID.
